Positioned as a recruitment-focused center, it aims to support pan-India mandates, catering to the growing needs of start-ups, mid-sized IT firms, and sectors like BFSI and pharmaceuticals that are driving job growth in Udupi.
With a growing local talent pool, we aim to train 250 specialist recruiters to enhance our service delivery, establishing Udupi as the “Silicon Beach of India.”
